East Yards Business Center advances in Anaconda project
Anaconda Deer Lodge County approved KP Development LLC to build the East Yards Business Center in the East Yards, with 3.36 acres bought from the city county for 1000 per acre and a land reversion clause if the venture stalls. Northcon, a Native American owned Idaho contractor, is currently constructing the first building, planned as five but potentially three to six buildings based on demand.
