A refrigeration repairman Marvin J. Bowman, 63, suffered second degree burns to the face arms and back when an explosion shattered windows and caused a small fire at Arctic Refrigeration, 915 E. Front. Bowman was in good condition at St. James Community Hospital Wednesday night. Bookkeeper Mrs. Carol Sedars, 2301 Cottonwood, and Bowman’s quick actions with a fire extinguisher helped contain the blaze before emergency crews arrived.
