Wesley Cross Guns 34 of Browning died Sunday when a car he rode in plunged from a temporary bridge into the Two Medicine River ten miles south of Browning. The crash occurred about 7 3 p m. His wife Linda and their 2 year old son Leslie survived with his father James and brother Floyd. The Montana traffic toll for 1965 rose to 69 from 87 a year earlier.

A 12-year-old Butte boy, Anthony J. Kindt, was critically injured when his bicycle collided with a car driven by Frank Jeniker at Lafayette and Leatherwood. He was thrown about six feet, then collapsed. he later was taken to St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula with head injuries after initial examination at St. James Community Hospital.
