A $743 625 contract for substations at both ends of the 154 000 volt line from Great Falls to the Fort Peck dam was awarded to Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Co of East Pittsburgh by Maj. Butte Man Killed in Nevada Crash
Lawson Brackett, 32, former Butte resident, died instantly in a Winnemucca automobile crash near his home Wednesday night. Brackett had moved to Nevada eight years ago to run a gas station.
