Beltran found guilty in sexual assault of 7 year old
A 57 year old man, Raul Beltran, was convicted in Butte on charges of sexual assault and sexual abuse of a child after more than four hours of juror deliberation. The verdict follows testimony from the eight year old victim and references a previous incest conviction. Sentencing is set for May 14 with a pre sentence investigation ordered.
