Feud Sparks Shooting Near Yellowstone Bar in Mining City
Kenneth Patrick, 23, was wounded in an arm when a shooting occurred near the Yellowstone Bar on Covert Street. Risto Kurilich, 45, owner of the bar, was taken into custody after allegedly admitting the shooting. A bystander, Shirley Panion, 19, was seated in a car hit by a bullet. Patrick was treated at St James Hospital and released. authorities say the feud between the two men sparked the incident.

Two gunmen seized about $81,000 from an armored car at a Jacksonville kennel club vault just after midnight. Guard C. D.
