United Nations reports say talks on joint space exploration between the United States and Soviet Union will begin in New York next Tuesday with Dr. Hugh L. Dryden and A A Blagonravov leading negotiations. President Kennedy welcomed Khrushchev's acceptance and outlined the plan for the talks to Ambassador Plimpton who hosted the space program exposition at the U N mission. Peace Corps Rep Visits Montana School of Mines Students
