Conrad youth Ray Forester, 19, was killed when his loaded gravel truck left a county road 15 miles northeast of Conrad and overturned in a borrow pit. Survivors include his widow and a two week old son. Forester’s parents live in Alexandria, Minnesota. It was the 40th highway death in Montana in 1955, compared with 34 a year earlier.
