Walter Wells Barnard known as Pinky, longtime American Legion figure, died Tuesday after a hospital stay. Born August 20 1894 in Manchester England he immigrated in 1907 aboard the Lusitania and later settled in Anaconda. He served in World War I France with the tank corps.
