Max Watters thirty three year old man was arrested early Monday morning in the act of rifling a safe at Otts Tavern 715 Utah. He pleaded guilty to first degree burglary with a prior conviction and received a five year sentence in the state prison. Police nabbed him before 6 am recovering 2881.95 in checks currency and silver. The loot included items from the tavern safe and a jukebox. He admitted forcing entry with a tire iron, the safe weighed about 200 pounds and had a 6 by 6 inch hole cut in the bottom.
