1,200-Foot Ludendorff bridge collapse at Remagen
The central 1,200 foot Ludendorff bridge at Remagen collapsed on Saturday sending many Army engineers into the Rhine. Officials later said the gap can be repaired and the bridge soon will be in operation again.
