Helena March 17 Governor Roy FE Ayers vetoed House bill 372 which would have provided public welfare payments to silicosis victims citing lack of funding. He said the bill would be inoperative without money and rejected it as incomplete. A new law approved today permits women to serve on trial juries effective January 1, 1940.
