Helena March 16. Spring clinics for crippled children in Montana will be held this year under Dr Robert E Mattson director of crippled children services for the state department of health. Clinics will be held in 14 centers May 28 to June 20 to serve children from all counties. Orthotists and pediatricians including Drs Hagen Hagmann Wolgamot Gleason Odgers Gillespie Cotman Moore will examine during the schedule.

ARSENA March 16 The Montana Supreme Court heard two child custody appeals from Plentywood district court. Leann Hopping Leonard of Froid seeks custody of two minor children citing a prior divorce decree against Armandos Hopping. District Judge Vernon Haven later modified the decree awarding custody to Hopping and a girl, with Mrs Teoraird alleging improper notice. A second case, Gordon Benson seeking custody of two children in the care of Mabel Benson, also await decision. Both matters were taken under advisement by the high court.
