Retired Montana Rancher George H. Webster Dies
George H. Webster, 77, a Montana sheep and cattle rancher and former dairy commissioner, died at his home near Everett Washington. A native of Freedom Missouri, he ran Musselshell valley ranches and later Gallatin valley properties after moving to Helena in 1919 to work for the dairy division. He was appointed dairy commissioner by Gov. Dixon in 1921. He is survived by a daughter, a son, and four grandchildren. The body was sent to Maine after services in Snohomish Washington.
