Trial set for Butte bounty hunt homicide February to April
One of two Butte men charged in a December 2021 bounty hunt that turned deadly is expected to stand trial in April with an eight day schedule. Nicholas John Jaeger faces deliberate homicide and aggravated burglary charges. a May trial is planned for bondsman Jay Alan Hubber. The case involves a raid on William Harris’ home on Main Street.
