HELENA March 8 A reorganization and refinancing plan for Montana elementary school finance will be discussed Saturday by the State Citizens Committees on Education. Mrs. Dallas J. Reed of Missoula said the findings will be incorporated into a bill for the next legislature. Delegates from each county will join the Montana Parent-Teacher Association president and other officials in a program planned by the advisory committee. The meeting includes talks on financing buildings, maintenance, transportation, policy, teacher issues, and state studies.
