A federal three judge court set July 7 at 10 a.m. in Helena for the trial of Phoebe R. Herweg’s suit against the 39th Legislative Assembly and three Montana federal judges. District Judge orders Garrison phosphate plant closed as nuisance

Dist. Judge Jack L. Green ordered the Rocky Mountain Phosphate Co plant at Garrison closed until the nuisance factor is eliminated.
