Judgment Filed In Beer License Renewal Case
District court satisfaction of judgment filed Tuesday in Ada McCarthy versus Montana State Liquor Control Board over renewal of a wholesale beer license. McCarthy, as special administratrix of the late James F. McCarthy, said the board had fully satisfied the judgment and owed $1,000 attorney fees.

Mrs. Davidson Heads Campaign in Deer Lodge

Injunction Sought Over Picketing by Lumber Union
