Montana's Republican Senate gave final approval to House passed money bills totaling just over 49 million dollars, despite a gubernatorial request to hold to 45 million. This creates a three million dollar deficit over income as of Tuesday after a letter from Gov. J Hugo Aronson was received.
Helena Report states the Montana House of Representatives unanimously approved a 750000 appropriation to repair and renovate the Capitol, sourcing from the Capitol Land Grant Fund.
