Helena June 23. The state highway commission announced road and speed restrictions on three sections of state highways two damaged by last week's flash floods in the Marias and Teton drainage basins. Anaconda Resident John Shimmin Dies at 49
John Shimmin, a resident of Anaconda for 31 years, died early Wednesday at St. Ann hospital aged 49. A native of England, he worked in the arsenic roaster department of the Anaconda Reduction works and belonged to the Mill and Smeltermen's union. Surviving: wife Daisy Shimmin, a son-in-law and daughter Mr and Mrs Hubert Galle, two grandchildren Jewell Ann and Teddy Shimmin, two sisters-in-law, a brother Harry and sister Margaret in England. Draft Registration Start Aiming For August Sixteen
