Malta Youth Dies in Mystery Fire
Donald Freestone 21 died from a downtown Malta service station explosion early Monday. Companion Marvin Bishop 20 was severely burned. Investigators say the youths entered the Carter Servicenter on U S Highway 2 around 3 a.m. an unexplained explosion followed. Freestone near total burn with soles unburned while Bishop had 85 percent burns. Fire marshal and Malta authorities to investigate. Freestone and Bishop are sons of Ida Freestone and Mr and Mrs Harry Bishop.
