Four ordinances and two resolutions were approved by the city council last night. Three bids for 100000 gallons of road oil were received from W E Rice Co Great Falls MT Transport Distributors Anaconda and Independent Sales Co Billings. County surveyor Jack Healy said it appears the city road fund money impounded by county commissioners may be released soon totaling about 32000 after dispute over 14000 election expenses.
Butte youngsters will attend a third free outing at Columbia Gardens this summer with transport by Butte Electric Railway starting at 9 o clock from all lines and 9 30 from Park and Main.
