Judge studies liquor board defense motions
Helena. The fate of five Liquor Control Board members hinges on motions in a civil removal suit by Attorney General Woodahl. Key issue is whether records of 496 liquor samples complied with 1965 law and whether unsaleable liquor records affect the case. Attorneys dispute willful neglect and note the legislature saw no objections to the records.
