Suspect sought in slaying of Tribune reporter Jake Lingle
Police traced the Chicago murder to a left handed ex con with a silk left hand glove and a short revolver with the serial number scraped off. Pat Roche led investigators scouring the city for the killer after Alfred Lingle was gunned down in a pedestrian subway near Randolph Street.
