Washington July 29 The second export import bank under Roosevelt authorization opened its credit facilities to American trade with all countries except Soviet Russia. George N Peek said the bank would aid manufacturers importers and exporters and may share in credit risks. It will supplement existing facilities and involve commercial banks in special loans. Prior bank activity was limited to Cuba.

Butte Woman 13 Found Dead From Cyanide Poisoning
Grace Clinite 33 was found dead yesterday morning at 2005 Lowell Avenue in Butte. Coroner Don Murphy said cyanide poisoning caused the death and no inquest will be held. A Ontario native, she had lived in Butte 14 years. surviving husband Claude Clinite and her Saskatchewan parents and brother are named. The body rests in the Rainbow room of Duggan Merrill mortuary, with funeral plans pending.

Pedestrian dies after hit by car near Helena
Ted Olsen a 45 year old brick yard worker was walking along the Missoula Helena highway in stocking feet after his truck overturned. He was struck and killed instantly by a Billings driven car driven by P E Richards. Richards and W E Dawson said Olsen walked into the path of the car and they did not see him in time. Dr B C Shearer said Olson weighed about 220 pounds and appeared intoxicated. The accident occurred near the overturned truck and Olsen was taken back to the scene.
