Ralph Dawson Dies. Butte Oldtimer and Club Founder
Ralph Dawson 81 of 102 Wyoming, retired carpenter and Butte High School athlete, died Friday at Summit Valley Rest Home. He helped found the Silver B Club for former Butte High football lettermen and led it in 1945 as president. He also belonged to the Golden B Club and Carpenters Union. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law in Virginia, Washington, and California, a brother and sister-in-law in San Francisco, and other relatives. Mortuary handling by Duggan Merrill Mortuary.
