Andrew C. Leck, 66, proprietor of the Leck Apartments on South Montana, and former Butte contractor, died last evening after a brief illness. A Nova Scotia native who came to Butte 40 years ago, he retired from contracting to focus on apartments and was a member of the Butte Curlers' Club. Surviving relatives include two sisters in Massachusetts and several nieces and nephews. The body was moved to White funeral home and will be shipped to Minneapolis for funeral services and interment.
