Montanans File 300 Utility Complaints in First Half 1977
Helena AP says Montana Department of Public Service Regulation logged 300 complaints about electric, natural gas, telephone and water utilities in the first half of 1977. The consumer division resolved 142 in favor of customers and 63 in favor of utilities, saving consumers $11,421. Of the six months ended June 30, 106 complaints involved Mountain Bell and 89 involved Montana Power Co.
