Warm Springs Kids Care Program Faces Crowding
The State Hospital at Warm Springs runs a children’s program with 140 boys and girls. Overflow from Boulder forces care at Warm Springs though the facility cannot house emotionally ill or retarded children. Ward 26 for 14 trainable boys is supervised by Mrs. Odessa Pinkham with interns and volunteers. A gradual expansion is planned if more staff equipment and space become available.
