DEER LODGE July 19 Most races in Powell county were decided early Wednesday as 13 Democratic precincts were counted and GOP results mostly in. Top GOP rival for county commissioner was Werner L. Bertelsen and G A Hoepfner with 195 votes each. Copenhaver trailed 535 to 420. Incumbent Congressman Mansfield led with 828. McGinnis edged Galasso 198 to 147 for Congress. Democrats for Legislature sheriff treasurer and county attorney drew strong support. several Republicans were unopposed with large vote totals.
