He is a native of Butte, married to Frances Murphy, with two children Irene and Jackie Ann, and has a brother Brendon Martha Duggan and sisters Mrs. Emmett Lee and Mrs. Wallie Lindquist. His cousin Lt William Duggan is missing in Europe since October 1943.
