Deer Lodge Celebrates Centennial Day With Parades Trophies

Mrs Jo Ann Kline of Lonsdale Minnesota told Butte police a man attacked her and her three children while sleeping in their car north of Deer Lodge. She said the assailant, about 5 8 with brown hair around 20, struck her with a rock three times. She received five stitches and was treated at St James Community Hospital. The suspect fled in a tan 1962 car toward Butte with a companion.

Monte Lindstrom 16 of Jardine died in a Billings hospital after a head on collision between his motorcycle and a car driven by Thomas Morley of Gardiner on the Jardine Road south of Livingston.
