Two Men Die In Separate Boulder Area Accidents
In Boulder district July 9 two men died in separate incidents. Henry Maier 67 of Basin was killed by a blast in a mine tunnel. Philip Gerrold 60 fatally injured when his hay rack toppled and his team of mules kicked him. Gerrold died at the scene. Maier’s body was found in the tunnel. No inquest ordered.
