Coroner Links Cashell Death to Fall From Boiler

Martian con man jailed after life pill plot in Rome
Patrizio Rinassa, 23, who calls himself Cai Re Nos and claims Martian origin, was charged in Rome with fraud after meeting a professor at St. Peter's Square for a supposed 300 year life pill deal. He allegedly lured the man by phone and during two midnight encounters sought cash and a diamond.

Asa Ellsworth dies in Deer Lodge after long service
Asa Ace Ellsworth 79 died Friday morning at Galen Hospital. Born October 18, 1886 in LaMoure North Dakota he moved to Helmville Valley with his parents in 1890 later ranched there. He served Powell County as sheriff's officer and became Deer Lodge night chief of police in 1947. He retired to live with son Don in 1956. Survived by wife, daughter Mrs Phillip Williams and two grandchildren in Palo Alto California. The Montana traffic toll reached 129 with the death of Airman 3.C. Howard L. Davis 21 of Seward Pa stationed at Malmstrom AFB near Great Falls after a crash that followed a parked car collision. Two other fatalities included Mrs Agnes Tax 66 of Hobson and a Missoula area crash victim.
