Theodor A Liguras was arrested around 6 pm Tuesday at the corner of Silver and Wyoming in Butte after a claim he shot Nick Zaros. He was booked on a murder charge and questioned by Assistant Chief Jack Duggan and County Attorney Frank Roe. Liguras said Zaros attacked him over a dinner invite and he recalled fetching a gun from the Silver Moon cafe but could not remember details of the shooting. Roe noted charges would be filed today in district court.
