Vancouver area sniper killer charged in double murder

Arthur Towell, 35, described as an Air Force veteran with mental instability, was charged with two counts of first degree murder and two counts of attempted murder for a sniper attack that killed university professor David Webster and his wife Marlene, wounded two women, and left four children orphaned.

Missoula Teen Reported Missing After Pond Accident

A 15 year old Missoula youth named Robert Jacobson was missing and presumed drowned after a Frenchtown Pond incident. He swam for a cushion from a rubber raft while fishing with Richard Bache and Elmer Roester.
