More than 200 youngsters in the Butte district started summer outings with three organizations sponsoring programs. About 100 Boy Scouts gathered at Camp Lowlands for the first week of the council camp, 100 girls at Camp L. O. Evans on Georgetown lake for Camp Fire Girls, and 40 underprivileged children headed to Butte Community Sunshine camp hosted by the Lions club.
