Moscow based Communist sources say the Soviet Union intends to launch an unmanned moon mission on July 10 to collect lunar soil and bring it back to Earth, a feat that would precede the American Apollo landing by six days. Col. Frank Borman arrived in Moscow to meet cosmonauts and tour space facilities as reports of the launch remain unofficial.

Butte Fourth of July Parade Plans Released
