Father Shea Dies in Montana Car Crash
The Rev. John R. Shea, a Butte native and Catholic priest, died Wednesday when his car left Interstate 15 two miles north of town. He was pronounced dead at Helenatal hospital. He was the 116th highway fatality in Montana this year and the 5th in Jefferson County. Survivors include his parents Ed Tom and Daniel of Butte and two sisters, with services planned at St. Catherine Church in Boulder and St. Mary Church in Butte.
