Phil Anderegg 88 longtime Dillon resident and former Beaverhead County assessor and Dillon water commissioner died Friday after a prolonged illness. Born in Columbus Ohio February 21 1857 he came to Montana in 1880 and helped build Billings Helena and Dillon. Survived by no immediate relatives the funeral plans at Brundage funeral home were not completed.
