Harold Curry Dies After Shoveling Walk
Harold Curry 61 of 800 Majors died Monday from a heart attack induced by overexertion while shoveling snow. Coroner Andy Aleksich said the attack occurred about 11:30 a.m. Curry staggered to his door, was placed on a couch by his wife, but resuscitation failed. He served with the Merchant Marine in World War I and was active in Salvation Army work. Survivors include wife Mildred, brothers Garfield and Sam, and other relatives in several states and England. Man Gets 2 Years For Burglary Of Dillon Museum
Richard H. Blair 35 of Salt Lake City pleaded guilty to first degree burglary in Dillon. He received a two year prison term for the Dillon museum burglary in which about 5000 dollars worth of antique firearms and other items were stolen. Blair was arrested in Idaho Falls on December 22 and an antique blackjack found with him helped crack the case.
