Corliss Found Guilty of Kidnapping and Murder
Charles Ed ward Corliss, 25, ex convict from Fulton New York, was found guilty of first degree murder and kidnapping in the pistol slaying of Donald Hammer, 48, at a Lincoln pole yard. A seven woman five man jury deliberated four hours twenty minutes before returning the verdict to District Judge Nat Allen who scheduled sentencing for Thursday morning.
