The death in New York City on Thursday morning of Judge Thomas J. Walker sixty six, brother of Postmaster General Frank C. Walker, is mourned in Butte and western Montana where he was a leading lawyer for thirty plus years. He had served as judge of the United States Customs Court in New York. Funeral plans call for his body to be brought to Butte next Tuesday, accompanied by Mrs. T. J. Walker and Mrs. Frank C. Walker. The Daly-Shea mortuary will handle arrangements and services are set for Wednesday at St. Patrick church.
