Lyons' charge dismissed under deferred agreement
Former Butte Rescue Mission director Rocky Lyons had a felony embezzlement charge reduced and then dismissed without prejudice under a deferred prosecution agreement. She must obey laws for five years, avoid nonprofit employment, and complete 200 hours of community service. case could be refiled if terms are violated. Lyons previously won a wrongful termination civil suit awarding $104,673.
