Harry Hamilton Retired Bus Driver Dies at 78
Harry W. Hamilton, 78, longtime city transit worker noted for recording travels of about 1.9 million miles, died Wednesday morning after calling a taxi to hospital. Born September 22, 1885 in Emporia Kansas, he moved to Butte as a boy and worked for streetcar and bus lines. He lived at 25 East Granite and is survived by family members with two sons predeceased. Coroner cites heart condition as contributing factor.
