Seven Teens Die In Fast Car Crash In St Paul
ST. PAUL AP A speeding car skidded out of control and crashed into another, killing seven teenagers. Witness said the faster car rode at least 100 mph. Died were four St Paul high school students from a birthday party: Thomas Irish 17 driver, 18 year old Larry Dexter, 17 Ronald Crawford, 18 Michael Olsem. The other car was driven by Michael Swifka 19 with passengers Guy Marshall 19 and Cynthia Comstock 18 daughter of a university professor, all of St Paul.

Fallout Shelter Exhibition Draws 2000 in Butte
Nearly 2 000 people attended the public fallout shelter viewing in Butte on Saturday. The shelter at 220 N Wyoming holds 500 to 600 people and is the first public facility in Montana. Attendees included Maj. Robert Keyes and Frank Murray among others from Helena and nearby towns. Officials sent congratulatory letters from Senators Mansfield Metcalf and Governor Nutter with regrets from Lt. Gov. Babcock. Sullivan and O'Brien showed the concrete site with cots two field kitchens and storage barrels while Sullivan lectured on shelter needs.

Thieves broke into three Prudential Towers offices and a basement barber shop on Main and Broadway. They failed to crack one safe and ripped open a barber shop door from the boiler room to access the rest of the building.
