Two Resign From Staff Of US Atty Brickett
U S Attorney Moody Brickett announced Monday the resignations of two assistants, Lawrence Stimatz in Butte and Richmond Allan in Billings. Stimatz will leave January 15 to return to private practice. Allan will resign February 1 to join the lands division staff in Washington. Stimatz, Butte native and Gonzaga and Montana State law grad, has served four years on Maurice Hennessey’s county attorney staff and Brickett’s aide. Allan to join DOJ in D C as litigations section of lands division. Stimatz is survived by his wife and nine children at 1615 C St.
