The ruling applied to John T Montoux staff correspondent of the Knoxville New Sentinel who must show cause Monday night why he should not be permanently barred from the court.

Chicago January 2 4 Pat Roche chief investigator for the state’s attorney’s office said he will bring in recent kidnap victims to view 18 men and 12 women held incommunicado in a Loop hotel as suspected members of a Midwest kidnapping ring. Among those named were Fred J Blumer of Monroe Wisconsin and Frank Richley of Evanston both abducted and held captive.
