County Attorney to File Manslaughter Charge Monday
County Attorney W. E. Coyle said he will file an information Monday charging Elio Rodoni of 591 East Galena Street with manslaughter for the death of Irene Huntus a 21 year old housemaid in Butte. The coroner's jury found the death resulted from injuries when Rodoni's car struck Huntus on East Park Street December 23 amid testimony Rodoni was speeding.

Suspect Admits Part in Billings Murder
James Adams 21 admitted a part in the slaying of Louis J. Turner 35 in a signed statement to officers. Joe Rhoads 23 was arrested with Adams. two girls also implicated the pair. Turner's office at a Billings night club yielded a missing cash box and about 60 dollars in a safe. Adams home is Portland Oregon Rhoads home is Gillette Wyoming. Sheriff noted both men were also suspected in a Gillette safe burglary.
