She likely suffered a heart attack. Born in Wisconsin, she moved to Butte 31 years ago. Her husband John Montgomery predeceased her. Daughter Marion Montgomery operates a grocery at 112 West Platinum Street. The body lies at Duggan's Merrill mortuary.
